Founder story
The founder of Rothe Innovation grew up captivated by how technology could elevate everyday life—particularly through mobile devices and web platforms that make powerful software accessible to all. Over more than a decade, they refined their expertise in software development, honing a strong focus on mobile and web apps while also taking on leadership and management responsibilities. Through these roles, they gained a holistic perspective on what drives a product’s success: blending technical excellence with clear strategic direction.
As technology evolved, the founder saw an opportunity to leverage Artificial Intelligence, especially Large Language Models (LLMs). By integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into traditional software architectures, they discovered new ways to create intuitive and adaptive applications that respond more intelligently to user needs.
Yet even with success in various organizations, the founder repeatedly encountered systemic issues such as siloed teams, fragmented communication, and ideas that never fully reached their potential. Driven to overcome these hurdles, they envisioned a company where collaboration, rapid prototyping, and user-centered design would be the foundation of every project.
